Standard Tuning—the piano is less than ten cents away from A440 concert pitch. Usually, pianos that have been well maintained and tuned within a year fall into this category. — $160

Pitch-Raise + Standard Tuning—the piano has not been tuned in over two years and is more than ten cents flat in pitch.) This requires extra time to bring the piano to A440 concert pitch. The first visit will be $185, and the second visit will be $160, which will happen about two weeks following the initial pitch raise. (Once performed, you can return to yearly standard tunings.)

Travel—if traveling outside of Rogers Park, Edgewater, or Evanston, there is a $30 travel fee added to accommodate travel times and expenses.
